ABSTRACT As occupancy processes and focalisation styles argon changing, there is a need to change the traditionalistic patterns of practice in organisational communicating. This article presents the theoretic basis for the model, several examples of how organizations are applying this concept, and recommendations for the development of new skills and orientations for organisational communication and training professionals.
